Over the years I have participated in exhibitions and artistic events often crossing alternative work paths that at times have slowed down my artistic path but which fortunately have always, in one way or another, led me back to Art and to my true passion, Sculpture. .
The material I currently use the most is clay, the primitive earth that brings us back to ancient gestures, always repeated the same for millennia, the same identical ones with which even today we make vases and sculptures. Clay is living matter, when it is still fresh it contains earth and water but it needs air to dry and fire to cook: the four primordial elements necessary for the creation of life. Clay is therefore the poorest material but at the same time also the most precious because it symbolically represents the Origin. A perfect material to emotionally tell inner paths that come to light through ancestral symbols, archetypes, ‘enchantments’.
Timeless women, Goddesses, Sibyls, Priestesses and Oracles invite reflection / meditation on the value of the “signs” that have always been under our eyes but that we no longer know “to see” because we look casually … Communicating signs that reveal our interdependence and in permanent connection… Signs that recall the Sacredness of life, the Divine Feminine, the Mother Earth and the Creation in all its precious forms of vital Energy.
